Hotel Policy
Things to consider in our hotel;
- The hotel management is obliged to reserve the requested room verbally or in writing, provided there is a vacancy. However, in such cases, the hotel management has the right to request a deposit equal to only half of the total rental amount for the stay.
- Once the customer fulfills the reservation conditions of the hotel, the reservation is confirmed.
- The customer is required to accept the room booked by themselves or by a third party on their behalf. However, if the room does not meet the customer's preferences or is problematic, this rule becomes void, and the deposit is refunded to the customer.
- At the time of application, the date of the customer's arrival at the hotel and, as accurately as possible, the exact time should be specified. Additionally, the full address of the applicant should be provided. However, if the check-in time cannot be determined, the room will be held until 6:00 PM. If no prior notification is given to the hotel management regarding a late check-in, the reservation may be canceled after this time.
- If the reservation is not canceled at least 24 hours before the arrival date and the guest does not check in, the hotel management reserves the right to charge the reservation holder the cost of one night's stay.
